Raw material tank: the equipment includes black material ISO (diphenylmethane diisocyanate) tank and white material POL (polyether polyol) tank, which is filled with nitrogen grip or dry compressed air without oil and water.

The role of inflation: isolate raw materials and air, and feed the high-pressure pump.

The black material will agglomerate into yellowish-brown crystals in case of moisture, and cannot react with the white material chemically. It also blocks the filter, gun head, pipe and valve, and is very difficult to remove.

The lubricity of black material is poor.

Agitator: stir the raw materials to prevent the layered deposition of raw materials and new materials from affecting the uniformity of polyurethane foam after reaction.

Liquid level gauge: display the liquid level of the raw material tank, control the feeding, prevent the atmosphere and overflow due to excessive feeding.

Balance valve: keep the gas pressure in the raw material tank constant, and discharge the gas in the tank when the set pressure is lost.

Safety valve: protect the raw material tank from overpressure and safety accidents.
