Polyurethane coating (PU Coatings). 

The main application fields of polyurethane coatings are: aircraft, ship, vehicle painting; wood, plastic, rubber, leather surface painting; building painting; anticorrosive coating, and so on. 

Waterborne polyurethane coating, with water as the main medium, has the characteristics of low VOC content, low or no environmental pollution, convenient construction and so on. It is one of the main substitutes for solvent-based coatings. 

Polyurethane foaming machine has been widely used in many fields, such as: (1) wood paint and wood floor paint; (2) paper coating; (3) architectural coating; (4) leather coating; (5) fabric coating, and so on. 

Polyurethane adhesive (PU Adhesives). 

Polyurethane adhesives for foaming machines contain highly polar and chemically active-NCO- (isocyanate),-NHCOO- (carbamate groups), and substrates containing active hydrogen, 

Such as foam, plastic, wood, leather, fabric, paper, ceramics and other porous materials, as well as metal, glass, rubber, plastic and other surface smooth materials have excellent chemical adhesion; 

With excellent shear strength and impact resistance, suitable for a variety of structural bonding fields, and has excellent flexibility; 

Polyurethane adhesive has excellent rubber properties and can adapt to the adhesion of substrates with different thermal expansion coefficients. It forms a soft-hard transition layer between substrates, which not only has strong adhesion, but also has excellent buffering and damping functions. 

The low temperature and ultra low temperature properties of polyurethane adhesive are better than all other types of adhesive. 

Waterborne polyurethane adhesive-waterborne polyurethane adhesive has the characteristics of low VOC content, low or no environmental pollution, non-combustible and so on. 

Polyurethane sealant (PU Sealants). 

Sealant is a material used to fill voids (holes, joints, etc.). It has both bonding and sealing functions. 

Polyurethane sealant, silicone sealant and polysulfide sealant constitute the three major varieties of high-grade sealants. 

Polyurethane sealant is widely used in civil construction, transportation and other industries: 

Application in architecture-filling and sealing of doors and windows, glass, etc. 

Application in civil engineering-joint sealing of expressway, bridge, aircraft runway, etc. 

The application in the automobile-the assembly seal of the car window (mainly windshield glass). 

Polyurethane sealants have many excellent properties, including: 

(1) wide adjustable range and strong adaptability. 

(2) good wear resistance; 

(3) high mechanical strength; 

(4) good bonding properties; 

(5) good elasticity and good resilience, which can be used for dynamic joints; 

(6) good flexibility at low temperature; 

(7) good weather resistance, with a service life of up to 15 years and 20 years; 

(8) good oil resistance; 

(9) resistance to biological aging; 

(10) the price is moderate.
