1. Electrical control: The electrical control system based on Siemens PLC and Schneider accessories, man-machine interface, fully digital, fully modular integrated control of all technological processes, accurate and intuitive, simple operation, intelligent and stable.

2. Mixing device: This system adopts self-cleaning/anti-reverse/anti-splashing/sticking/new V-type (3-time mixing function) foaming gun, which is easy to operate. With Siemens polyurethane special pump, the injection is precise and the mixing effect is very good.

3. Double constant temperature control: Adopt double cooling and heating integrated machine, cooperate with cold and heat exchanger, interactive circulation, ensure constant temperature of raw materials, error < +2°C.

4. Improvement of anti-corrosion and anti-rust process: the storage tank and corrosion-resistant pipeline are made of stainless steel 304, which has good thermal conductivity, fast constant temperature and strong anti-corrosion ability.

5. Double touch screen visualization: The main electric box adopts a 10-inch color touch screen, and the mixing head is equipped with a 7-inch color touch screen for visual monitoring throughout the process, monitoring the main parameters such as flow and pressure ratio.
