Fuleite  Electromechanical has customized a newly developed high-efficiency suspension line board polyurethane high-pressure foaming machine for the furniture factory customers in Xiamen. The equipment is mainly used in wood-like furniture boards, hard foam wood-like bed boards, wood-like floors, thermal insulation boards, stone imitation boards, etc.

Features of suspension mechanism:

1. The gantry adopts double beam structure, and the material of key parts is aluminum alloy;

2. The foam gun is located in the middle of the beam to help balance the force and increase the operating stiffness;

3. The equipment system has the data storage function, and the data input and storage format can be extracted through the data line or memory card;

4. The product change adopts the method of calling the database process parameters, including but not limited to the running speed of each axis, foaming pouring time, pouring volume and production data;

5. The equipment shall be equipped with gun head cleaning points, which shall be arranged at the end of the transplanter running track;

6. The equipment is at the X-axis docking point, at the end of the equipment (reset point);

7. The equipment shall meet the requirements of the foam gun head, and the distance of the gun head can be adjusted according to the requirements of the foam production process;
