China began to use the foaming machine as early as the 1950s, but it is not a special foaming machine, but a mortar mixer. 

The foaming agent is added directly to the mortar mixer or concrete mixer, and the foaming agent is mixed with mortar or concrete to form foam. 

Around the 1970s, there began to be a special foaming agent, that is, high-speed impeller foaming machine. 

After that, the technology has been continuously upgraded and replaced, and now it has developed into the third generation model with high pressure inflation as the main body, which can basically meet the needs of foam concrete. 

There are many grades and models of cyclopentane foaming machine, but according to the foaming principle, there are only three types of cyclopentane foaming machine, such as high speed impeller type, high pressure air type, blast middle and low pressure type and so on. 

The difference of the same type is only the difference between the auxiliary equipment and the automatic control, and the structure of the foaming part is roughly the same.

3. The weight is light, the weight of the whole machine is less than 100kg, which can be easily moved or hoisted to the floor construction.

5. The foaming is fine and uniform, and the foam is like a cloud. 

6. Good adaptability to the viscosity of foaming agent. 

General foaming machine is only suitable for medium and low viscosity foaming agent, magnesium Caitu foaming machine is also very suitable for high viscosity foaming agent, excellent foaming. 

Matters needing attention in the use of foaming machine: 

The temperature has a great influence on the output and foam quality of the foaming machine. 

Below 30 ℃, the higher the water temperature, the smaller the foam density and the higher the yield. 

However, when the water temperature exceeds 30 ℃, the foam density is too small, the bubble wall is too thin, and it is easy to defoamer, so the output decreases. 

Therefore, the foaming effect of foaming agent is the most suitable when the aqueous solution temperature of foaming agent is controlled at 20 ℃ ~ 30 ℃.
