Working principle

      Cyclopentane and polyol are mixed by static mixer. The mixing equipment is usually unmanned and automatically configures the cyclopentane polyol mixture. Polyol/cyclopentane static premixing is a continuous premixing device. Two metering pumps are used to measure polyol and cyclopentane respectively. The mixing ratio is monitored by a flow meter, and an error alarm signal is set. In the premixing station, in addition to the polyol working material tank, a polyol/cyclopentane mixture intermediate material tank is usually configured. The premixing station is also equipped with an enclosure, a cyclopentane probe and an air extraction and exhaust device.
