1. The oil pump does not start the control electrical protection or the oil pump motor is damaged. The upper pressure limit setting is abnormal. Check the emergency stop, start stop switch, circuit breaker and AC contactor. Check the motor line set pressure sensor (relay). Adjust the upper and lower limit setting values

2. The oil pump keeps working (for the hydraulic system with intermittent working section pressure). The pressure does not reach the upper limit. The system releases pressure, causing the pressure supplement to be not in place. The pressure section value is adjusted. Whether there is obvious oil leakage in the pipeline, the oil suction filter of the oil pump is blocked, the oil suction is not smooth, or the oil brand is incorrect. From the oil return pipe, it is judged that the main body of the hydraulic station or the seal of the peripheral valve and the mixing head has oil leakage. 3. 4. The noise connector has metal friction or the oil pump is abnormal. The oil suction filter screen is blocked. Power off the power supply. Manually check the operating oil pump of each connector. Disassemble, repair, replace the oil filter. Clean the oil tank and replace it with new oil

5. If the pressure is not maintained, the pressure can be replenished in place, and the pressure drops quickly. In addition to the above points, do not ignore the damage of the pressure relief accumulator or insufficient nitrogen caused by the poor sealing of the one-way valve.
