According to the formation of polyurethane foaming machine foam needs to go through two stages: foaming process and curing process. The process of polyurethane foaming machine from mixing materials A and B to stopping the volume expansion of foam is called foaming process. During the foaming process, the polyurethane foaming machine system emits a large amount of reaction heat (about 109kJ can be released when 1mol of active hydrogen reacts with 1mol of isocyanate radical), which makes the foaming agent vaporize into each cell of the foam body.

Drive the cell volume to expand continuously. At this time, each cell is subject to two forces: atmospheric pressure (i.e. external pressure) and pressure generated by expansion of foaming agent (i.e. internal pressure). When the internal pressure is greater than the external pressure, the volume of the foam system expands continuously; When the pressure inside and outside the cell is equal, when the foam body of the polyurethane foaming machine no longer expands, the so-called "expansion time" is reached.
