The temperature of polyurethane raw materials and the ambient temperature and whether they are constant or not directly affect the quality of polyurethane foam, and the ambient temperature is preferably 20-30C. The raw material temperature can be controlled in the range of 20-30℃ or slightly higher. When the temperature is low, the foaming should be slow, and the foaming time is long. When the temperature is high, the foaming reaction proceeds quickly, and the foaming time is short. If the temperature is too high or too low, it is difficult to obtain high-quality products. The reaction between the mold black material and the white material is an exothermic reaction, and the released heat vaporizes the blowing agent to form foam. The temperature of the mold directly affects the speed of reaction heat removal. The mold temperature is low, the reaction heat is removed quickly, the foaming ratio is small, the product density is high, and the skin is thick. In the actual production process, the appropriate temperature should be selected according to the needs of different foamed products, and should be kept as constant as possible. In order to ensure the full progress of the polyurethane foaming reaction, the outer shell, inner tank and mold should be preheated before foaming. How to keep the size and appearance of the box from being deformed has always been a concern of people. The mold is a very important factor. The principle of polyurethane rigid foam foaming is: the reaction heat makes the foaming agent vaporize, and the foaming system expands in volume. This expansion will result in an increase in the internal pressure of the foam system. The pressure generated by polyurethane during the foaming process is: when the box is subjected to foaming pressure, it is easy to deform, which requires internal and external molds to bear the pressure, and the mold should have sufficient strength. Foaming equipment: When polyurethane foams, the time that the black and white materials stay in the mixing chamber of the foaming machine is very short, and the mixing efficiency is a very important factor. The black material and the white material are mixed evenly, the foam cells are fine and uniform, and the heat preservation effect is good. In order to ensure the mixing effect, it is better to use a high-pressure foaming machine for polyurethane foaming.
