The three-component polyurethane foaming machine expands the flexibility of operation, makes formula adjustment and coloring more convenient, and the effect is better. The principle is: the three-component raw materials of two liquid polyols and one isocyanate are stored in three storage tanks, and sent to the mixing system through three rotary axial (radial) plunger metering pumps. Under the action, the mixing head is opened, and the two polyols and isocyanate are respectively injected into two small mixing chambers at high pressure and flow rate after being metered and pressurized by the plunger metering pump. One mixing chamber is selected and formed by high-speed collision. Turbulent flow can achieve sufficient dispersion and mixing, so that the material and liquid can be sprayed out evenly to form the desired product. The outstanding advantages are that the mixing head is easy to operate, the mixing chamber is small, and the remaining materials are pushed out after each casting is completed, so as to realize the self-cleaning of the mixing head.
