Guangdong Fuleite Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. has completed the installation and commissioning of the tenth polyurethane high-pressure foaming machine of this month on November 6, 2021. This machine has made the following process improvements in strict accordance with customer requirements:

1. The stainless steel storage tank made of corrosion-resistant 304 material is used, which has good thermal conductivity, fast constant temperature and strong anti-corrosion ability.

2. It adopts the metering pump of Beijing Grand Lux A2FK-55, the flow can reach 55L/min, and the motor has doubled the power to 22KW, providing strong power output.

3. The walking track caster machine is added, which can walk freely in the workshop to improve production efficiency;

4. Corrosion-resistant pipes are used for foaming pipes;

5. Imported high-flow gun head, short injection time, more precise control and better mixing effect.

6. Electric filter is used to clean up automatically and regularly. The filtering effect is even better.

After yesterday’s debugging, the machinery and equipment have fully met the customer’s production requirements (the tractor’s self-skinning foot pad polyurethane foam). The customer was very satisfied with the on-site viewing, and the machine is waiting to leave the factory perfectly.
