The large-scale automated PU turntable foaming production line independently developed by our company can realize the main functions of continuous, multi-station, and fully automated production. It is mainly used in the production of polyurethane foams such as automobiles, motorcycles, fitness equipment, seats, and foot pads. The entire production line only needs two people to complete production. The production capacity is greater than or equal to 5000 products 24 hours a day. It is mainly composed of an upper industrial computer, a scanning code reading system, a FLT-ZD/S fully automatic control mold base, and a German KUKA Robot, FLT-12G variable ratio polyurethane high-pressure foaming machine, FLT-12M pre-mixing station, FLT-ZK-PP/T vacuum foam breaking machine and other main equipment components:

1. The PU turntable foaming production line uses a three-phase asynchronous motor, a high-precision reducer, and is controlled by a frequency converter. The rotary speed of the turntable is closed-loop controlled through an encoder to achieve constant speed operation and provide precise position guarantee for the robot's non-stop work;

2. The upper industrial computer recognizes the mold base mold through the scan code reader and transmits the data to the robot and the foaming machine, so as to realize the selection of the product path and the filling amount of the station;

3. The FLT-ZD/S fully automatic control mold base can be controlled by the PLC touch screen to set the holding time at will. In a true sense, it can realize one-key start to complete the automatic opening of the holding pressure, and has an automatic monitoring function. When there is a fault, a signal will be transmitted to the turntable line to prevent the robot from being installed by mistake;

4. The German KUKA robot mainly performs work such as automatic spraying and demolding of molds and driving the gun head to inject materials. The robot is equipped with an anti-collision mechanism. Due to equipment failures, when the robot accidentally collides with the equipment, the anti-collision detection device detects in advance to reduce Impact risk

5. The FLT-12G variable ratio foaming machine has functions such as ratio, station, flow, injection volume, product quantity, etc. The system adopts the latest software algorithm, and closes the injection loop through the German Klacht high-precision flowmeter. Control, realize the correction of the total amount of injection;

6. The FLT-12M pre-mixing station is used with the foaming machine. When the material level of the foaming machine is low, the pre-mixing station will automatically replenish materials, so as to ensure that the foaming machine works continuously for 24 hours and improve work efficiency;

7. The FLT-ZK-PP/T vacuum bubble breaker vacuum breaks the bubble for products with a skeleton that cannot be compressed and breaks the bubble, and realizes automatic start and stop. When the product is placed on the belt, the belt motor will automatically run in place. Vacuum to break the bubble.
