1. Master the basic technical parameters of foaming machine. 

For producers, it is not enough to understand the type and foaming principle, but also need to further understand several important technical parameters of the foaming machine to determine whether to meet their own production requirements. 

Foaming machine. 

1) production: output is the bubble production, which must be slightly higher than their own bubble volume of 20%, to leave room, its bubble production should be the following limit as the approved calculation basis, but not the upper limit; 

2) installed capacity: installed capacity is the total installed power, which is of great significance to calculate the adaptability of electrical circuits to total power consumption; 

3) equipment size: this parameter is a necessary factor in the overall layout planning of the workshop; 

4) Bubble diameter range: generally, the bubble diameter should be compared according to the requirements of specific products. 

2. Carefully understand the foaming quality. 

The final product of high pressure foaming machine is foam, and what we need in the production process is foam, so the quality of foam is the accurate standard to judge the performance of foaming machine. 

To determine the foaming quality of the foaming machine, there should be three main aspects, namely, foam fineness, foam uniformity and foam water secretion. 

Foam fineness refers to the size of the bubble diameter, the smaller the foam, the better the stability of the foam, the higher the strength of the product, the better the thermal insulation performance. 

Foam uniformity means that the bubble diameter should be uniform, the more uniform the bubble diameter, the narrower the distribution range, the more uniform the stress on the product, the better the use effect. 

Foam water secretion refers to the amount of foaming agent aqueous solution produced after foam bursting. The lower the foam water secretion is, the lower the foam water content is, indicating that the foaming performance of the foaming machine is better. 

Whether the foaming machine can meet the requirements in the above three aspects should be confirmed by trial operation. 

When choosing a foaming machine, it is required that the foam emitted by the foaming machine must be a spongy fine foam with more foam and less water, and uniform and delicate.
